FD bean curd is made from bean curd which is dipped out, defibrination,boiling the bean milk ,cooling,cutted,frozen quickly,dehydrated etc. The product’s moisture is below 4%. It’s color is shallow yellow or white. It has original fresh bean curd taste and texture is tightness. It  is complete hydration over 95℃ within 30 seconds. The product is suit for soups and cup-o'-noodles ingredient.
